Doctor ASSESSMENT - 60mins face to face or via video.
History - Full medical, weight & diet history. Assessment of 6 Pillars of Lifestyle Medicine.
Examination - Full physical & mental health examination including body composition analysis (if face to face)
BLOOD TESTS inc heart, liver, kidney, diabetes, thyroid.
FULL HEALTH REPORT
FOLLOW UPCONSULTATION - discussion of results, management options & goal setting

2. TRANSFORMATION PACKAGES
12 week starter personalised weight loss/lifestyle package of care.
6 HOURS OF DOCTOR CONSULTATION TIME with transformational lifestyle coaching either :
6 x 60 mins every fortnight or
12 x 30 min weekly - bespoke to your needs - either face- to face or via video
WEEKLY PROGRESS REPORT ONLINE - eg weight, measurements, habit tracking, behavioural changes & mental health check.

NOT EMERGENCY HEALTH PROBLEMS. We only offer PLANNED appointments.
We are UNABLE to treat:
chest pain
sudden breathing difficulties
injuries or falls
sudden temperatures
pregnancy- related problems
severe Mental Health problems
allergies
unexpected weight loss
cancer-related problems
medications that need special monitoring or close supervision
