Most men have been getting on with it for years. They’re tired, stressed , maybe carrying a bit of extra weight, sleeping badly, not quite themselves - and they might have been told to just exercise more or drink less beer.
The Men’s Health Club by Dr Lisa is different.
It’s a relaxed, practical, confidential space where men can learn what is actually going on inside their bodies, understand their numbers and start making changes to fit their real lives.
HOW IT WORKS
The club meets online on the first Thursday of every month at 12.30pm for a 45-minute lunchtime session via Zoom.
Each month we will focus on a different topic - the kind of the thing men ask me about in clinic.
You’ll get evidence-based information, time for questions and the chance to hear about what other men are dealing with too.
You can keep your camera off if you’d rather. You don’t have to say a word. You can remain anonymous.

ABOUT DR LISA
I’m a GP, Lifestyle and Obesity Medicine Physician.
I work 2 days a week as a prison doctor, which has taught me about how men actually think and feel about their health.
There’s nothing I haven’t seen or heard
I help men transform their health using a blend of traditional medicine, lifestyle and obesity medicine and transformational lifestyle coaching.
