THE Men's Health MOT
Know exactly where you stand. Then do something about it.
Most men don't get a proper health check until something goes wrong. By then, high blood pressure, rising cholesterol, elevated blood sugar and declining testosterone have often been building silently for years.
This isn't that.
This is a comprehensive, medically-led assessment that tells you exactly what's happening inside your body right now, and your real risk of heart attack, stroke and diabetes over the next decade, so you can change the trajectory before it's too late.
WHO IS THIS FOR
This assessment is designed for men who:
♦ Are 35–65 and haven't had a proper health check in years (or ever)
♦ Feel tired, sluggish or 'not quite right' but can't put their finger on why
♦ Have a family history of heart disease, diabetes or cancer
♦ Want to know their real biological age — not just what the mirror shows
♦ Are serious about performing at their best for the next 20 years
♦ Have been told by their GP that something is slightly 'borderline' and want proper answers
You don't need to be unwell to benefit from this. In fact, the men who get the most from it are those who feel fine, because that's precisely when the data is most powerful.

WHY DR LISA
Dr Lisa Clift is a fully qualified GP with specialist training in Lifestyle Medicine and Obesity Medicine. She is registered with the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine (BSLM), SCOPE-certified in obesity management, and her clinic is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
This matters for one reason: you are not seeing a wellness coach, a personal trainer, or a nutritionist. You are seeing a doctor, someone who can read your bloods, interpret your ECG, calculate your cardiovascular risk, and prescribe medication if it is clinically indicated.
Most men's health services cannot offer this. We can.

COMMON QUESTIONS
-
Your assessment appointment is approximately 90 minutes. Your written report will be sent within [X] working days.
-
Yes. We ask that you fast for 10–12 hours before your appointment (water is fine) to ensure your blood results, particularly cholesterol, glucose and triglycerides, are accurate.
-
Dr Lisa's clinic is based in South Manchester. The full address and parking details are provided on booking confirmation. Video consultation options are available for the 12-week programme.
-
Only with your explicit consent. You are in full control of your data. If we identify anything that requires urgent attention, we will always discuss this with you directly first.
-
This is exactly who benefits most. Silent conditions like elevated blood pressure, pre-diabetes and high LDL cholesterol often have no symptoms. Catching them early, when lifestyle changes can reverse them, is the entire point of this assessment.
-
Some private health insurers will cover health assessments, we recommend checking your policy directly. We can provide an itemised receipt for your insurer on request.
